This Junmai Ginjo sake has a rich flavor and a good aroma.
Phantom Taki Junmai Ginjo is our representative sake. The aroma is a traditional calm ginjo aroma, and the taste is dry with a well-defined umami and acidity. It also contains plenty of amino acids, which are the ingredients for umami flavor, and goes well with grilled and simmered dishes.
Try drinking it chilled, at room temperature, or hot... at your preferred temperature.
We recommend drinking it chilled in the summer and hot in the winter. When chilled, the malic acid in the sake increases its sharpness, giving it a refreshing taste, while when it is warmed, the lactic acid increases its sweetness, giving it a mellow taste. Return/refund policy
(1) You can return the item using the enclosed return slip within 20 days from the date of delivery.
(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.

・Products that have been delivered for more than 21 days
・Products that have scratches or stains at the customer's disposal
・Products without packaging (bags/cases)
・Products processed for customers, such as ordered products and products with names
・Other products that clearly state on the product introduction page that they cannot be returned.(3) We will bear the shipping costs for returns etc.
(4) Refunds will be made according to the payment method within 3 business days after the returned item is received.
