Naekaya Special Junmai Oyama Nishiki 1.8L
The "Naekaya" series is characterized by a unique flavor that combines the richness of the Nanbu style with the lightness of the Echigo style, making for an impactful taste on the palate but with a quick, crisp aftertaste.
This Junmai Ginjo sake is made using 100% Oyama Nishiki, a rice variety grown in Toyama Prefecture that is ideal for sake brewing, and is characterized by its refreshing aroma, flavor, and fresh acidity.
■New design <br>The "Naekaya" lettering that stands firmly on the front is the same logo that was used when the product was released in 2000.
For our Hiire products, we have revised the color and paper quality to match their classic and refreshing flavor.
We hope that you will continue to enjoy this sake as a companion to your dining scenes.
A refreshing and easy-to-drink local sake from Kurobe
This is a pure rice ginjo sake with a wide range of flavors and a moderate aroma.
Maboroshi no Taki Junmai Ginjo is our signature sake. It has a traditional, calm ginjo aroma and a dry taste with a well-defined umami and acidity. It is also rich in amino acids, which are the components of umami, and goes well with grilled and simmered dishes.
Try drinking it chilled, at room temperature, or warm... at whatever temperature you prefer.
We recommend drinking it chilled in summer and warm in winter. When chilled, the malic acid in the sake becomes sharper and the taste becomes more refreshing, while when warmed, the lactic acid becomes sweeter and the taste becomes mellower.
