The Naekaya series combines the richness of the Nanbu style with the lightness of the Echigo style to create a unique flavor that has a strong impact on the palate but finishes crisp and clean.
This junmai ginjo-shu is characterized by the soft and gentle sweetness and umami of the rice, as well as a moderate acidity.
